Guests often ask for a lodge with a really good view. The truth is they all have amazing views. Each lodge looks straight out over Quinag and depending on how far down the hill you are, the view of the loch will alter slightly. We're pretty sure you wont be disappointed. The staggered position of each lodge ensures you have privacy too. There are no street lights or overhead cables to interrupt your outlook; just breath-taking on a clear night. Trip Advisor granted us their Travellers' Choice™ award in 2021 and 2022, which recognises the top 10% of accommodation worldwide. To read how other guests have enjoyed their stay at the lodges, please click here.

All lodges have excellent Wifi, with each one having a Roku box which allows you to stream from your subscribed apps and channels as well as use the iPlayer etc. Each lodge is the same size (52m²) but some have different configurations inside with regard to the number of bedrooms. The Wee Hideout, The Passing Place and Twin Peaks all have two bedrooms, including an extra large principal bedroom, ideal for the solo traveller & couples and also have wood burning stoves in the living space. All the other lodges have three bedrooms and The Sheep's Heid, Cawthorn Lodge, Woodcutters Cabin and The Nook can fit up to 5, if your party includes children. All lodges have electric heating throughout.

Twin Peaks, Woodcutter's Cabin and The Nook are our three pet-friendly lodges. Each dog friendly lodge can take two dogs maximum.

The Wee Hideout, Croft no.4, Borthwick Bothy, The Passing Place and Stalker's Hut all have large walk-in showers (no bath), whilst all the others have a shower over the bath. To view where each lodge is please look on the Prices page and scroll the header slideshow. Our minimum stay is 3 nights, unfortunately it is just not viable to offer stays shorter than this, due to housekeeping requirements.

What is included in the price?

Bed linen, Towels, Electricity, Super fast Wifi and a starter Housekeeping kit (washing up liquid, cleaning cloths, tea towels and some toilet rolls) If you require extra towels during your stay, these are charged at £4.
