For those who haven't been to stay at Kylesku before, in many ways the lodges are set up ideally for a socially distant escape. There are no communal entrances or areas and there is plenty space between the lodges. Mike and I will not need to come into your lodge with you and all touch points will have been disinfected so you can be confident that you will be the only one using these areas. We are also available if you have any problems during your stay, as we live on site.
In addition to this we are pleased to announce that we will be following new cleaning protocols released in June, by the Association of Scotland's Self-Caterers, of which we are members. To help cement our knowledge, we also took a course designed to help owners and cleaners of self-catering properties. In it, we covered:
- Risk Assessments – ours can be found here
- The science of Coronavirus, its longevity on different surfaces and how to effectively and safely eradicate it from our property.
- What cleaning products we should be using and why, and their effective kill rates.
We are confident that out properties are clean and and we are looking forward to receiving guests from July 15th 2020.
For those of you coming to stay with us we will send you more detailed information about what to do on arrival and the workings of your lodge in your pre-arrival email.
Due to increase levels of cleaning our minimum stay is 3 nights for the foreseeable future.
From 7th April, all new bookings placed after 1st August are covered by Master Cancel. This means you can cancel, for any reason, between 60 and 2 days prior to arrival for a full refund.
